Scheduling an Appointment

Give us a call at (254)634-8505 and we will try to fit you right in!

Here is what you will need:

  • A physician's referral which is a prescription from the doctor of your choice and your insurance information. This is required by the state of Texas for treatment after the evaluation.
  • If a prior authorization is required by your insurance company for an evaluation you will be told when you call for an appointment.
  • Your insurance information and card.

Multiple Therapies

We will work with you as much as possible to create a schedule that is convenient for your family, but that ensures your child gets the best possible treatment.

Cancellations

Appointments should be cancelled in advance and rescheduled when possible. Not showing for an appointment causes poor therapy results so they are treated seriously. The regular appointment time is lost after 3 no showed appointments. If attendance drops below 50% within a 30 day period you and your doctor will be notified and you may lose your regularly scheduled appointment. The physician is notified of the attendance problem. Cancelled appointments can often be rescheduled if planned in advance. Cancellations due to illness are understandable and encouraged when the child is contagious. We do not allow children who are contagious to be treated since there are many medically fragile children using our facility. By the same token, therapists are encouraged to stay away when they are contagious.
